About the Space

Downtown Castleberry Hill located studio with exposed brick, natural light, various props and furniture for use with a beautiful outside scenery. THE STUDIO We are located in Castleberry Hill at Koncept House. We have a creative, centrally located studio with exposed brick wall, 14Ft high ceilings, and 2 large windows of filled with natural light. This space is perfect for small to medium productions. We have plenty of props that can be used in your rental, all props can be moved. For temperature there is a thermostat located inside the studio that can be changed at your leisure. Please note: the last 3 photos are to show the outside of the studio space for location purposes only, not to shoot in. However, you can buy coffee, drinks, pastries from the shop and sit out in that space to eat/drink. An additional fee of $150/hr will be charged if utilizing this space without hosts permission. Please keep all personnel, equipment, and production within the space.     The space is as advertised! Very clean and welcoming. The host was very understanding of us going 2 hours over which is always a plus. She was very patient and we never felt un-welcomed or rushed. Will deff book again.

    I would absolutely recommend this space. It’s not only a beautiful space but it has a whole vibe. The host was extremely accommodating and even came by to check on us and see if there was anything we needed. I’m sincerely appreciative of the host working with us to make sure we completed our project. Don’t hesitate. This is the space.
