About the Space

A sunny, quirky, and warm 1918 house on an odd-sized lot built up and renovated as a 2-floor duplex in the 1990s. It features an open floor plan that flows seamlessly through a living room, dining room, large kitchen with an island, reading and music room, master bedroom and full bath. Outside is a deck, a front and back porch, a side yard with lawn space and trees, and generous parking space. It is set in a quiet suburban neighborhood ten minutes from West Seattle and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. It is offered as a creative retreat space, featuring a library of over 500 poetry and spiritual books along with a grand piano. It is ready for guests with a fully equipped kitchen, a clawfoot tub, a queen bed, a large leather sectional, patio furniture, and more. It has many lighting options for each room, including windows with blinds, recessed lighting, and floor lamps. I live on the lower floor of the duplex in a separate unit, which means I am generally accessible for any space or production needs.
