The building is a seven-story sandblasted brick and beam former warehouse converted into an office building located in the heart of vibrant Toronto. In between the Entertainment and Fashion District of Toronto. From basic facilities to luxurious amenities, the area offers everything at your fingertips. The space is 1,024 sq. ft. - A large open area with 16 desks and TV - High ceilings & large windows that open, hardwood floors - Tenant-controlled heating & cooling - High-speed Internet - Paid parking is available on the surface lots on the south side of Adelaide - Dogs and bicycles welcome We are open to renting the space Monday - Thursday as well; we just need advanced notice and are happy to accommodate. Always inquire to the host via Giggster about the availability of the space.
