Brand new DTLA LA Factory location with tons of natural daylight. 6500 square ft with an optional 7000 square ft concrete rooftop with epic 360 degree unobstructed views of the DTLA skyline. Previously a textile factory this 5th floor warehouse is currently set dressed as a New York Loft on one side and abandoned warehouse on the other. All furniture and props included in your rental. Minimal furniture are all on wheels so props can be hidden away to create abandoned set. Ideal for Events, Pop Ups, Bridal Showers, Private Dinners, Screenings, Record Release Parties, Art Gallery showings, Photoshoots, Music Videos, Films, Classes or Rehearsals. PRICING TIERS: Okay guys so we just want to be clear to make things run smoothly. The pricing tiers listed below are set at the certain rates so that smaller productions can afford to shoot here. Before booking please look carefully at our pricing tiers to figure out what rate you fall into. Do NOT ask for the photo rate if you are shooting video of any kind or we will be adding the adjusted rate on your final invoice. Photo rate is for Photo only. Please be honest with what you are doing and let us know exactly how many people are coming. Each tier is based on impact to the studio. The more people the more utilities are being used. Once we have confirmed everything with you we will send you a custom rate depending on your production. Thank you. We depend on you to stay open and we set our rates to accommodate everyone. We give you a 15 minute grace period for load in. Please do not call us if you show up an hour early (yes this happens frequently). Overtime begins 15 min after agreed upon load out. Photo Shoots: 1-10 People 100 per hour 3 hour minimum 11-20 People 150 per hour 2 hour minimum 21-30 People 200 per hour 2 hour minimum 30 people an up 250 per hour Film/Video: 1-10 People 150 per hour 2 hour minimum 11-20 People 200 per hour 2 hour minimum 21-30 People 250 per hour 2 hour minimum 30 + people 300 per hour 2 hour minimum Events: 300 per hour up to 200 people Must provide porta potties for events over 75 people. 1. For events of any kind 2 Security Guards and Event Insurance Required. 2. We cannot have large events on the rooftop due to city regulations. It can only be utilized as a VIP or smoking area with a 20 person max capacity. Rooftop: Insurance is required for photo and video Event insurance required for events. 200 per hour with a 20 person max for productions. No exceptions for capacity. Security guard required for events. Rooftop can be rented by itself or in combination with the studio. Since it is considered an add on space rooftop rates are separate from studio rate. No running, jumping or stunts unless otherwise approved by a fire marshal. No smoke machines, smoke bombs, spray paint, confetti, or glitter of any kind allowed allowed on rooftop.
