Establish 2015 & built in the 1800's, this Victorian historic town house, approx 700 sq ft, has beautiful original wooden pine floors, eclectic fireplace, original 11ft ceilings and chandeliers.
The space has a full functioning kitchen that is suitable for warming food or catering.
Included in the rental: Wifi, Furniture shown, A/C, full Kitchen space, Event space, 2-8’ barn style tables and 28 ivory cross back chairs, napkins, linen, plates, cutlery, glassware, candles. Cafe tables
Booking tip: add time for move-in, set-up, deliveries and time for tear-down, packing and move out. We recommend an 1 hr to 1.5 hours prior to your event start time and 1 hour at the after your event.

This is a beautiful space for any type of event! We loved the location, the cleanliness, and layout of the space. The management is super attentive and kind. We especially loved the tables and chairs that were included with the rental. It was very practical and the style helped make our event feel more comfortable and 'at home'. We will be renting again!

It was lovely to be in your space - the presentation was perfect for our event and I heard many comments on what a cool space it was. I would suggest that you let the client know in advance about those breakers - but we worked around it.
