For those who prefer classy and luxurious vibes, this is a lovely and vibrant atmosphere. A natural light studio with large windows and a high ceiling that allows plenty of sunlight into the room for all of your photography and content creation needs. The space is perfect for all type of photoshoots, videography, and is popular among Instagram and TikTok creators to use for branded content. This 19th century loft was refurbished and retouched with minimalist classic pieces while still maintaining its vintage elegance. The studio features: high ceilings with massive windows allowing in natural sunlight. The studio is located south of Yorkville, in the heart of downtown. To make your booking the best possible experience, we also have: Parking A clothing rack with hangers Robes for models Full access to a private bathroom Wifi A speaker Props such as luxury fashion coffee table books, Chanel furniture, candles and vases, and more! We also have a small white photography backdrop which is available for product shots however it is not a professional backdrop. @thegoldbarstudio

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean space for all of our clients. As the space doubles as a tanning salon, there are a few rules that we ask that you politely abide by. Please wear masks inside of the studio to adhere to the City of Toronto’s regulations. (Other than talent being photographed) Outdoor shoes must be removed by the entrance, there are sanitized slides available to be worn inside. Our loft is not available to those who want to create any violent, discriminatory, or pornographic content. No smoking or vaping - anyone caught not following this rule will be charged a $500 CAD cleaning fee to the credit card used for the booking. There are security cameras in the space to keep track of damages of theft. As much as we enjoy pets, please do not bring them to the studio as the furniture is very expensive. (Guide dogs allowed) FURNITURE IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE - NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN MAIN STUDIO SPACE. Both tables have weight limits and are not bolted to the ground - please be extremely cautious, and no drinks allowed to be set on tables. Any damages to furniture, props, lighting fixtures, you are responsible for. Anything that is damaged will be considered as sold (at the most up to date retail price plus tax). If you damage or break it, unfortunately you will have to purchase it. Any damage will be assessed, repaired or replaced at the discretion of Toronto Tans, and taken from the credit card used to book the space. Any items or substances that are hard to clean such as confetti or sand are not allowed inside of the studio. Any spills or stains on rugs will result in cleaning charges taken from the credit card used to book the space. Please clean up the space before you leave. The cleanup time must take place during your booked time - if extra time is needed and studio is available please speak to staff on location about adding additional time to your booking. If staff is not notified and you go over your time, additional charges will be applied to the credit card used for the booking. We are not responsible for any loss or damages to items left in the unit or the building. Please clean up after yourself and leave any garbage bags by the entrance. If the room is left messy, you will be charged an extra $200 cleaning fee additional to the prior $50 cleaning fee which will be charged to the credit card used for the booking. Extra Notes: Professional Lighting is not available! Please rent externally.

10/10 experience with Noor and the overall aesthetic of the studio! Very welcoming and loved every single piece of furniture! Space was easy to navigate and had lots of natural lighting! Definitely booking again!
