Lovely venue! Very spacious and modern. We hosted the reception of my son’s baptism here. Great central location. Annamaria was great to work with. I would definitely book this space again.

We hosted a small networking event in this space and it was great for mingling, with many different locations to sit and chat. Communication with Annamaria was excellent and the location was easy to find. Street parking was difficult to find on a Friday night so plan accordingly. We will be back!

Great space with awesome natural light and lots of options for different angles and set ups. Annamaria was great to work with. Parking spot right out front is a huge bonus, just note that it's tight for larger vehicles. Would definitely book this space again!

This beautiful loft space is one of a kind in the city. With the high ceilings and large south-facing windows, the natural lighting is truly an amazing feature. The wood flooring and exposed brick also makes it a great space for photo/video shoots. All the furniture can be moved around very easily for any setup you'd like. There is also a private bathroom in the space. Needless to say, this space can be transformed into anything you are looking for! There is 1 parking spot included, all the way to the right of the building where the Neighbourhood sign is. Guests are not to use any other parking spot attached to the building besides Neighbourhood. Cars should not even be in another space to dropoff equipment or to offload anything. Cars that are found in other parking spots will be towed immediately. Note: For booking requests of large-scale events or requests after 8 pm, there is a fixed daily price of $4000.
