Please Note: Video shoots are an extra $20/hour. After 7pm rates are an extra $10/hour. Maximum number of guests permitted are 10. Day rate is for a max of 8 hours. Additional hours are charged extra as a custom rate that reflects the discounted rate for 8 hours. Discount of 15% of 8+ hour bookings applies to the total price. The studio is perfect for photo and video shoots. We have 2 floors in the building. The top floor includes a 10 x 12 ft cyclorama wall as well as additional backdrop muslin (green, black, grey). Paper backdrops are available as well (additional cost may be required). The top floor includes a 12 x 8 ft brick panel wall and marble panel wall. There is also a hand-painted wall with gold accents. We have a barn door next to the 4 x 8 ft hand-painted stone wall. We have a wooden rope swing that can be attached to the support above the ceiling. The lower level of the studio is designed as a home space with various backdrop options. The kitchen is a rustic design with matching vintage fridge. There is a Murphy bed in front of the stone panel wall. The walls on both sides are painted different colours with various furniture and props such as pampas grass vases that can be interchanged. Every wall is designed to give a sense of a different space. The bottom space also has a white hanging hammock chair available. The top space is 400 sq ft with 9ft ceiling and the bottom space is 600 sq ft with 8ft ceiling . Please message us if you have any specific requirements or questions.

Please review the below rules and share them with everyone who will be at the studio with you. Please bring indoor shoes for the studio. If you will be on the cyclorama, we ask you to wear clean shoes only. We have several slippers provided if you wish to use those as well! No smoking indoors This space is for photo/video production only, although alcohol is permitted (for production needs), parties or large social gatherings are not allowed. No pets allowed OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Please don't drag any furniture, especially on the cyclorama wall. Walking on cyclorama wall only with clean shoes and avoid dragging the feet to not scratch the floor.

I really enjoyed this space. It was nice and intimate and provided my photographer with different backgrounds and props. I was able to achieve the looks that I wanted. I also like that the studio had a cyclorama. The host was nice and accommodating and the day went very well. Thanks Biliana!

The space is beautifully laid out! However the hosts were VERY strict on the timing. WARNING they charge you time and a half when you stay longer than the allocated time (which is stated in their rules). I stayed an extra hour and a half with an additional 15 minutes of cleaning up and they charged me for 2 whole hours. I think they could’ve been more lenient on the additional time as I arrived there later than expected and still booked for longer.
