OPEN for bookings; due to COVID-19 guidelines we are a max of 10 capacity at this time. We host filming for photography and product shot/video, intimate events, private events and speaker series. HMC Studio is a 1,200 sq ft space that has been lovingly curated as a chic, luxurious and stylish mixed-use Studio with a comfortable seating capacity of 35-40 people in dozens of configurations. Private treatment room is available. Filled with a combination of plants and gorgeous lighting this space is perfect for photographers, practitioners, creators and event planners. This space is perfect for: photo/video shoots, bridal/baby showers, private birthdays, secret supper clubs, fashion shoots, lifestyle video, product shoots, art galleries, showings, speaker series, corporate off-site meetings, cannabis culture nights... the list never ends! We have hosted many of the above events! Please book visit to confirm SOUND SAFE space for on-screen productions with audio recording. AVAILABILITY, PRICING AND QUOTES: Listed rates are 'starting at' and include 5 guests or fewer. Quotes based on number of people, the date, hours required, and overall impact. AMENITIES: - 9 ft ceilings, exposed brick - Space for 35 people / guests with some seating and standing configurations - 10+ beautifully maintained and loved plants - Large safe Green P Parking lot 2 mins away, and street metered parking - Combined natural light with bright interior lighting (dimmer) accent lighting - 10 Folding chairs and five 6' x 2' folding tables - Comfy seating, vintage pieces and benches, rugs, hanging macramé chairs, “social media” wall - 1 bathroom with side sink - Google Home Nest Mini speaker to stream and connect via Bluetooth - Private room for hair/makeup/changing room and/or shooting scenes (only if booked in advance) NOTES: * LATE NIGHT PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS SPACE. * ALL EVENTS END AT 11:00 PM. 30 mins for teardown. * NO DJs. EVER. BYO AUDIO EQUIPMENT IS NOT ALLOWED. We supply audio / Bluetooth speaker through Google Nest Mini. * Our preferred age for renters is 25+ years old.
