Natural light studio professionally curated with exclusive vintage furniture and decor. You can use our premade setups or have fun by switching pieces around to suite your liking. Great shoot location! The space was clean and had great lighting throughout the day and various props and decor that was at our disposal if we needed. Moza's loft was nicely furnished and we made great use of the space. Would recommend!

Love the location of this studio. Props were easy to move around. Definitely check the Instagram to see the most up to date pieces. Its a more eclectic vibe. Hosts are super accommodating. We had a good experience!

The space is very clean and lighting is great. A little smaller than it looks in the pictures but gets the job done. I also wasn’t a fan of the cameras everywhere as it felt awkward but made do!

Location Rules
- Catering allowed
- Please use sanitizer provided at the entryway console upon entering the unit. You must adhere to City of Toronto’s mask wearing regulations in and outside of the unit. We are located in a mixed residential building. Since the studio is not soundproof, please keep the noise level to a reasonable residential volume, including any use of music. No alcohol or recreational drugs. No loitering, loud noises or cameras in the hallways. Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic, violent, racist or any content that we may deem to contribute to the discrimination and harassment of others because of race, sex, disability, age etc. The parking lot is for residents only. Paid parking is available on the street and across the street from the building. There are passive security cameras in place in common areas (to keep track of the time people come in and out, any damage or theft). No Pets (EXCEPT of course service animals). Glitter, smoke machines, confetti, sand, or other difficult to clean items are NOT permitted inside the unit. Outdoor shoes MUST be removed upon entering the unit by everyone in your team. Failure to remove shoes will result in a $75 extra cleaning fee charged to the credit card used to book the space. We take pride in the safety and cleanliness of our space. No lighting candles or sparklers. We are not responsible for loss or damages to items left in the unit or the building. Minors must be supervised by adults at all times. Set up and clean up time must take place within the booked time slot. If you need extra time and the room is available, you can add additional time in 1 hour increments. Advanced notice is required prior to the end of your booking time if you wish to extend your time. If you go over your time with no advance notice additional booking charges will be automatically applied to the credit card on file. You are responsible for any damage (break, stain, rip, etc) to any furniture, fixtures or accessories. Any damaged items will automatically be considered as sold at the most up to date retail price (+ sales tax) of the item. If you break it you buy it. Any damage will be assessed, repaired or replaced at the discretion of Sun and Sand Studio Inc., and taken from the credit card used to book the space. No smoking or vaping of ANY substances inside the space. If you fail to follow this rule, you will be charged a $500 CAD cleaning fee to the credit card used for the booking, plus immediate escorting off the premises by police. No food or liquids permitted outside of the dining area. Any spills or stains on rugs will result in cleaning charges taken from the credit card used to book the space. Clean up trash or other items on-premises before leaving. Please leave all trash in a tied up garbage bag by the entryway. Make sure to pour out any liquids in the sink prior to placing cups or containers in the trash bag. The bags are located under the sink. If the room is left untidy, you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee charged to the credit card used to book the space.
