Welcome to the coziest studio on the block. Our adorable studio features high ceilings and a substantial South facing window that opens up the space right into the city sky and provides generous day-long light. This small but charming space is highly versatile for any kind of creative shoot. Take advantage of the natural light that’s pouring through our windows all day, or inquire about renting our professional lighting equipment for an additional fee. Equipment rentals to step up your shoot include: seamless backdrops (in a variety of colours!), AlienBees strobes and light modifiers, octoboxes, strip box, reflectors, backdrop and light stands, and more. We have both sheer curtains and blackout curtains available at no extra cost - take your pick! Day rate listed is for 8 hours.

No smoking or pets permitted. Maximum four (4) people allowed. Do not unlatch the windows. Noise and disturbances must be kept to a very low level. There are tenants above, below and all around. Only use the equipment in the studio that has been paid for as part of your rental. No items can be left in common areas of the building.

The Studio was bright and let in a huge amount of natural light!. It does get quite warm and luckily there was a fan we could use. The mirror, chair and plan were a great touch to the space!!
