We shot a campaign for The Latest Scoop at Simon’s beautiful place and could not recommend shooting there enough! The Heritage Apartment is one of the most stunning locations in Vancouver and provides an atmosphere that is more reminiscent of Europe, NY or Montreal. The diversity and look of the space makes it a stand out amongst other available locations in Vancouver. Simon was attentive but not overbearing and helped facilitate a successful shoot day! I would rent this space again in a heartbeat for other projects!

Be transported to old world New York or romantic Paris without leaving Vancouver! -1100 sq ft of space overlooking the Shaughnessy Rise -Tall French doors in the wood panelled dining room -2nd Bedroom offers a New York style iron fire escape outside the window. -An eclectic mix of antique and modern furniture. -Interesting art & collectibles -A gas stove & cute checkerboard tile flooring in the kitchen -Original inlaid wood flooring -Antique fireplace in working condition (wood-look gas operated) -1.5 bathrooms for use & a wide hallway for convenient storage or extra dressing/makeup space. -5th floor apartment. Incredible space - beautiful tasteful decor, lighting and atmosphere. So many different corners of the space we could utilize. Couldn`t speak higher of Simon and Chris as hosts, so accommodating down to every detail. My team felt very welcome in their space and the whole experience was a joy. Definitely recommend!
