About the Space
Our 1912 heritage apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant South Granville shopping district, just a stone’s throw from Downtown and Granville Island. This bright, south-facing unit boasts 1,100 square feet of charming space, complete with unique nooks and original architectural details that evoke a timeless European elegance. Highlights include tall French doors in the wood-paneled dining room, a second bedroom with a New York-style iron fire escape, a functioning fireplace and original inlaid wood flooring. An organic mix of antique and modern furnishings along with a curated blend of interesting art and collectibles set the scene. Metered parking and 2 loading zone spots are available right next to the building on Granville Street with various paid parking lots within a 2 minute walk. The building has an elevator. We look forward to hosting you!

Simon is also such a great host. The space is stunning. Incredible amount of natural light for us to shoot the product content. The apartment is carefully and beautifully curated with many stunning furnitures and decors. They have a great selection of tableware, which in our case was so helpful as we were shooting food. Can’t wait to be back in this space again!

Such a beautiful space!!! Lots of natural sunlight + light play- we had a cloudy day and the light was still perfect! The space itself is incredibly designed+clean! Hosts were so great to communicate with, will absolutely be back!!!

Not only is this a beautiful space, Simon is an incredible host. He is so helpful with everything and really made it a wonderful experience. The space has great natural light and so many great little nooks that feel special, which makes it very versatile for shoots! I will definitely be booking this space again in the future.
