About the Space
A bright 900sf day light studio space in Chinatown with large natural window light (North facing). The studio is ideal for small to medium (max. 15 people) photography and video shoots (not soundproof) location on the 3rd floor. The shooting area is approx. 30 x 24 feet with 11.5ft high ceiling, additional area for make-up and styling. Washrooms / Kitchen are down the hallway. Parkade on 5,6,7 level. Studio rental Includes: 2 x v-flats, 3 x c-stands, 1 x clothing rack, steamer, step ladder, sandbags, extension cables, camera cart with monitor (bring your HDMI hub). Lighting, grip and seamless backdrops available for rent, see the Add-on . The studio is located on the 3rd floor and requires access via elevators. The studio is not suitable for large equipment items / sets as access is through regular size doors. (Freight elevator is available if requested) Parking is on the 5-7 level (8am - 7pm) , you can take the elevator directly to the 3rd floor. Please don't hold the elevators open. If you have a large amount of equipment, product, racks.... please take multiple trips and avoid holding up the elevators. Ideal for: - Editorial photography - E-commerce - Product photography - Portrait photography - Small Video Shoots (not soundproof) Equipment available for Rent - See Add-ons Seamless backgrounds available. $30/pull - white, grey, black, olive, orange, yellow, cream, red, purple, blue, green, and more on request. (See photos for colours) Paid Parking in building parkade. Early bird rate $9.50+tax until 7pm. NOTE the parkade locked at 7pm, your vehicle must be moved before 7pm. The space was great and Trevor was super helpful and interesting to talk to while setting up. He helped me out and made some suggestions and was quite patient when i was confused about lighting equipment. Also the space has great light! Would completely recommend this space.
