Big and beautiful open studio space, located in the Westside of Toronto. Perfect for gallery space, workshops, retail pop-ups, live streams, studio space, meetings, or photo/film shoots. What you get for your money: • Fully renovated industrial building • HUGE windows, and lots of natural light • Gorgeous grey Marple floor, clean and fresh white walls • One large room (approx 400 sq ft), and 1 smaller room for storage • Furnished kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and dishwasher • in-studio washroom • Backdrops available (only free if both do NOT touch the floor, NOR get stepped on. If both of these requirements are not met then the paper is billed at ★ $7/linear foot, measured from the end of the roll). • Handheld steamer to de-wrinkle clothing • Clothes rack • Wifi • AC • Studio Fan • Parking LOT(fits 4-5 cars) Space is on the 1st floor of the building with a private entrance.
