~Small private business events, no personal parties
Designed as a versatile and transformative space, you can utilize the white walls as a backdrop for a more simple set up, and move around the furniture to create custom looks unique to you. Please inquire if you have any furniture layout requests, otherwise, you can expect a living room and dining room with the furniture featured, just perhaps in a different set up than featured.
Quirks: The space runs HOT. It's a century-old factory building, it's heated by radiator which is controlled for whole building day so it runs constantly. Because the unit also faces the sun it gets hot. We do our best to keep it cool, but like all the older studios that don’t have central AC and face the sun, it just runs warm.
*Winter Months*
Unit is heated by radiator pipes and they are HOT!!! Please be careful and don't touch, lean things against, the pipes! If things get too hot, you can use the fans or open window, unfortunately there's no thermostat.
*Summer Months* It gets very hot from about noon - 3pm. The window opens, there is a small working window AC, and a dyson cool fan, but it's still quite hot despite. Just something to be aware of. Other times of the day it is still warm, but less so as sun is not directly shining in and there's less green house effect.
Photography ACCESSORIES include:
Clothing rack
Steamer
Backdrop Stand
Fabric backdrops (black, white, beige)
Paper rolls (Fawn + Dove Grey)
LIGHTING:
Does not include any lighting gear. Lighting is best from shortly after sunrise to a couple hours before sunset. In winter months I only shoot before 3pm for natural light. South facing windows will get direct light at floor level during the day. You can expect rainy days to be dim lighting in the unit as the only light for the studio is via the one window, so if it's dim outside, it's dim inside, please plan accordingly if you require your own lighting to accommodate for the weather condition.
