Large rustic hard loft with wall to wall and floor to ceiling industrial windows in the heart of the Junction. Filled with character, natural light, and eclectic props and pieces, this space will help bring your creative vision to life. Full studio includes the Lounge/Café and Vanity areas, and Studio A & Studio B. Please note: this particular listing is for the entire 3,600 sq/ft unit, but we are able to individually rent the different spaces in our studio depending on the request. STUDIO A Studio A is an open concept layout, with ample natural light and west-facing 30ft floor-to-ceiling windows. Includes: - A moveable hinged wall, with a white concrete wall on one side and a textured black wall on the other side (110in x 48in) - Additional mobile large white wall that can partition the warehouse into separate sections - Large mirror - Vintage stacked TV set on wheels - Vintage motorcycle (green Honda Café racer) - Mixed seating options - bench, chairs, and tables - Suspended string lights STUDIO B Studio B is a smaller, more intimate space with 13ft textured windows painted in white to project images and videos, or can be used as a backdrop to your shoot. Includes: - Projector - Various couches, booths, chairs, and tables - Graffiti painted telephone booth - Large gilded mirror - Art deco bathtub - Traffic light - Vintage trunks, record players, and furniture - Greenery and potted plants THE LOUNGE/CAFÉ The Lounge is a smaller space for clients to relax and unwind between shoots with a cup of coffee, or to store outfits and other equipment.
