Our beautiful, open-floor plan can transform from a children’s playroom to a corporate meeting spot to a shower, dinner party, or even intimate wedding space. Our 2,300 square foot layout features exposed brick, faux wood flooring, a built in buffet, and a historic entryway. Every rental includes all in-house furniture pieces including a couch, club chairs, wooden dining set and console table. We also have tables and chairs for up to 80 attendees. Clients have use of two fully stocked bathrooms in addition to a kitchenette.

There is also wood flooring in the gallery area. - LIGHTING. Original skylights let in natural light. There are office-style lights with fluorescent bulbs that can be turned on part or whole. Meaning you can have bright light or something less bright. Additionally, we have colored indirect bulb lighting. Enables you to choose red, blue, yellow, green...if desired. Small moveable LED with colored gels. 4 lights for green screens. All included in the rental. - ENORMOUS GREEN SCREEN. 20 ft. tall, 10 ft. wide that can be unfurled from tall rafters if you want it. Enables unique shots in minimal time! Plus two other mobile screens. 7ft tall by 10 ft wide. Green, black, or white is available. We do have 4 lights and an LED that is adequate. We encourage videographers to bring their own lights as well. - ELECTRICAL. There are numerous working outlets with service for commercial use. - CARS/TRUCKS. Yes, they fit. You can load in, park, and use cars in the video shoot. There is plenty of room. - AMAZING FEATURE. On the east side of the warehouse, there is a ceiling mist water bar. When turned on this is basically like light rain falling. You can use the colored lights with the mist for dramatic effect.
