About the Space
Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is an updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free street parking on Milwaukee Ave in front of our venue as well as Tripp Ave across the street. TABLES: We offer 1 dinning table along with 6 additional standard size fold up tables. CHAIRS: We offer 32 matching black industrial chairs ( as pictured). If you need more chairs, you are able to bring your own. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with couch, coffee table, 2 green accent chairs. For additional rental we have ; glass wear, glass china dish wear, linens, chair covers, table runners, colorful napkins, flat wear. We now offer balloon garlands. Please contact me for more information about rental, prices and colors offered. - SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME! Please make sure your booking includes enough time to do so. ANYTIME THE SPACE IS OCCUPIED PAST THE BOOKING WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE. - AFTER HOURS ARE TIME AND A HALF. Please inquire.

Jaclyn was amazing host! Communicated with me on everything and responded back quickly. The space was nice only small problem we had was not enough chairs for guest but overall the event turned out nice. I would highly recommend booking with her to others for events.
