A 900 square foot studio ideal for rehearsals, classes, photoshoots, and more. Located conveniently 2 blocks from the Paulina Brown Line and 5 blocks from the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple stops and adjacent to the Whole Foods at Belmont/Lincoln/Ashland. Parking, wifi, tables/chairs. Accessible. First floor, bathroom in space. This space is available for: - Meetings - Workshops - Rehearsals - Interviews Please note: Photos are of in-progress painting of the studio. We will be completely painting it black and hanging some curtains and lights. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Shoot went well, described exactly as it is. For video, I like the painted black walls, it allowed us to control light much better. (Found out Thursday's is garbage day and there were many trucks doing pick up- but really not a deal breaker!) I would definitely use this studio again.
