About the Space

History of our space By day our space is a trendy upbeat secondhand store. We have been in business since 2017 serving the immediate members of the Chicago Lawn and Gage Park community. By night we transform our store into a multipurpose event space. Neighborhood details Our event space is surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants and shops, as well a culturally diverse community. Logistics Our space is able to accommodate 75 people cocktail style. Guest will have access to the main event space, restroom, and sink. Included in our booking is the following: 10 Black folding Chairs 6 Stackable Chairs 6 round 31inch tables 4 high Boy 31-inch tables 3 6ft tables 2 Fire pits $50 fee each 2 Heaters $25 each Outdoor lighting with the choice of Green, Red, Blue, White, Or Multicolor lights Bar that is able to move

    I booked this venue for my graduation party, and it was the best place ever! The staff allowed me to visit before the day of my booking, and they were incredibly accommodating. They had people to help me set up, and everyone was so friendly. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Make sure you visit their store front i had a field day in there too!

    The place was amazing! The store is super cute, and the area behind it is gorgeous. We had our wedding here and it was truly beautiful. Jeremy and his mom were spectacular, helping us out at every turn and helping make this special day for us magical. We were simply in love and this made our day unforgettable!
