About the Space

Our home is a bright, modern and open concept space. The main floor of the home has an expansive open plan with 12-foot ceilings. One of the key features of the home is the kitchen and entertaining space. Photo/video shoots involving cooking, drinking, and hosting in a kitchen would work well here. There are large windows throughout the main floor which provide ample natural light. The stairs have a unique molding pattern on the walls. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a TV room. There are beautiful views of Vancouver's North shore mountains from the TV room and second bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and luxury ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a rainfall shower. The space can be rented by floor, by room, or the entire two floors. Our home would be well suited for interior design, furniture, art, household products, food, in-home fashion shoots and film.

    What an amazing hidden gem! Our second time shooting at this location, and it was an excellent experience once again. The space is gorgeous—minimalistic, beautifully designed, and filled with phenomenal natural lighting. It was clean, quiet and well-maintained, making it a perfect setting for our shoot. Josh and Alex, were amazing to work with. Communication was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to shooting here again!

    We had a wonderful experience at this house and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house was sparkling clean, spacious and neutral which makes it a great backdrop for a variety of shoots. Will definitely book again.

    John & Alex were extremely helpful in making sure our music video shoot went smoothly! They were able to provide us support in the pre-planning stages as well as being very responsive on our shoot day with answers to any of our questions. Would highly recommend their space for future productions.
