Detached 428 square feet fully insulated soundproof garage. This location can be used for music videos, shows, media video shooting of some sort, workshops, movies, and storage purposes ONLY. There is also security surveillance cameras. I am flexible in terms of availability since I can work from home. I can be also flexible during nights and evenings. Please thoroughly look into the pictures for better view and let me know if you have any questions if you're a serious interested renter.
