Beautiful custom Tuscan Villa. Mirrored after the authentic style and colors found on the hilltops of the Italian region of Tuscany. Large circular driveway with a center fountain . Breezeway one one side of home . Brick walkway leading to large ornate double doors . Inside our home is an array of rustic brick and stone flooring . Beautiful curved staircase with iron railing upon entry perfect for a grand entrance . All ceilings are dark wood exposed plank and beams. The backyard featured an outdoor kitchen area under a large stone and pillared structure. The swim up bar is partially shaded and under the structure. The view from the yard and the two upstairs balcony is gorgeous!!! This is a very unique property for both filming and has hosted beautiful weddings !
