Tropical meets industrial. Great for private parties and for small to medium sized events. Full operational Kitchen and 4am Liquor license. Large bar with 16 fixes bar seats, a nice elevated 10x10 stage for performances including a DJ booth and 2 powered speakers for live music and performance art. Can seat 80 comfortable and 130 standing. Outside is a 50 foot patio built during covid.
