This standing set makes part of a larger mall set which you can have access to for an additional fee (See our other listings) - The additional sets are: Department store, clothing boutique, juice shop, high-end electronics store, jewelry store snickers stores, indoors mall area and elevators. This location is perfect for films, television, music videos, commercials, web series and social media content. Every corner of this location is camera ready so all you got to do is light it up, block and shoot. Equipped with props, furniture, practicals, and more. Located in Burbank in a large warehouse with plenty of space for your production crew and cast. The studio counts with holding areas, make up rooms, production offices, restrooms, 100 parking spots, parking lot for production trucks, wifi and air conditioning. The large warehouse of 30k+ sqft can host any crew size. Please note as we are located in Burbank you will need to provide a film permit by the city. We require your team to provide production insurance, sign our studio agreement and a refundable deposit in case of damages. Pets are welcome. Feel welcome to schedule a scout, our team will be happy to show you the studio. HOUSE RULES: Rules: -No alcohol -No Adult Films -No Smoking -Client must reset space as found and remove trash. If extensive clean-up is required, higher fees will apply. -We assume no responsibility for lost items -Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian. -Damages: Please report ASAP of any damages. A feel will be charged depending on the severity. A walk-through inspection will be conducted before and after all bookings -To avoid overtime, ALL guests and equipment must be out of studio and parking lot before hard out time. -You only get access to the set/s booked. No additional sets. -Proof of Insurance required -Permit required - No drills, nails or screws. Damage fees apply. -Do not tamper with security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7 -Please book 3-4 weeks in advanced IMPORTANT NOTE: *Sets do NOT come pre-lit!* House lights only. Lights have to be set by your crew. - We don't provide equipment 4 hour minimum, please book in advanced the amount of time you need as overtime will be charged at 1.5X the hourly rate.
