The cyc floor coming as is is something to consider. If you need a perfectly clean white floor, make sure to pay to have it repainted as an included service! We did not need it repainted, so had it as is. With a quick sweep it served its purpose. These guys were so accommodating and kind when we had an emergency with our work truck and had to leave a prop there over night. Their communication is excellent and the space is great for shoots. Great, affordable space with a fantastic team.

Space was as advertised. Lighting for cyc could use an upgrade, but the cyc itself was in great condition. Large roll up door and access from parking was a big plus. Would use again for sure.
