Studio is 35' x 77' with 18' ceilings. Space provides a 40' x 20' cloth Green Screen and 14' A-shape ladder crew can hang for the shoot. Use of pre-lit consisting of 6 prehung kinos is included. Rental Includes: - Marked Parking spots (additional street parking and lots available) - 40' x 20' Green Screen - House Power - Grid for rigging lights - Makeup area with two full wardrobe stations - Kitchen area with stainless steel appliances - Green room area for talent - 12' x 12' soundproof Bay Doors for vehicle access - Stage manager - Industrial Fan - Restrooms Note: We have a 6 hour minimum on weekends unless it is a very last minute booking and we have availability. ================================= Additional Options to Consider: - Lighting and Grip Equipment (packages available) - Scissor Lift - Flats for set design - Solids for black void - Conference room
