This breakroom and kitchen is part of a larger production studio. It is great for scenes that require this type of look. It includes support rooms for talent, makeup/wardrobe room, green room, lobby area, restrooms and a large parking lot. We have lighting and grip gear for rent on-site. Features and Amenities: - Full size sink with sprayer - French Door Fridge with icemaker and water dispenser - Full size microwave (stainless steel) - Coffee maker - Toaster - Portable Oven - Pantry with plates, bowls and utensils - Folding tables and chairs - Various waste bins Note: We have a 6 hour minimum on weekends unless it is a very last minute booking and we have availability.

Second time shooting at CML Studios and it was just as nice as the first. No issues, easy peasy. It's everything I needed for a breakroom. Project complete.

Just completed filming my comedy short at The Breakroom/Kitchen. It was THE perfect space for what I needed. It only took me two years to find it. LOL! Carlos walked me through all of the steps upon arrival and exit like lights, AC, locking procedures, green room, makeup room, bathrooms. etc. We had everything we needed. Really, it was very very easy.
