About the Space

This secondary loft is part of a production studio with stairs leading upstairs. It is about 400 square feet with some basic furniture and 3 windows looking below. It can be decorated and set designed to look like a small apartment, artistic loft, etc. It includes support rooms for talent and crew including a kitchen, makeup and wardrobe room, green room, production loft, lobby area, restrooms and an optional conference room. The space also has heavy power capacity. We have lighting and grip gear for rent on-site as well.
