About the Space

Our studio is an open layout that is perfect for all of your private events: corporate meetings, corporate events, dance parties, small private screenings, photo shoots, recording shoots, music performances, rehearsals, yoga classes, pilates, dance fitness classes. The studio has amazing lighting features with dimming options as well as LED lighting options. Our studio provides an elegant touch to all of your events, photos, and video recordings. The venue also has a large (125 Inch) projector screen that is motorized and operated with a remote control. You can connect to the projector via screen mirroring with your laptop or Android or iPhone to display your slideshow for corporate meetings, events, and all celebration parties. You can also connect using a USB or HDMI. The studio has a great surround speaker system with 4 four built-in speakers in the ceiling along with stage speakers to enhance sound quality. Connect with Bluetooth or with our music mixer. We also offer a high-quality microphone system to host any of your events, presentations, or performances. Wireless microphone options are also available for presentations and teaching events. Our studio has a high-quality wireless camera (Logitech) for all of your live streaming and video recording events. (Mini SD card not provided for video recordings) We're also excited to provide SMART TV's to enhance all of your events with custom videos. You can choose to advertise and display your brand logo for your photo shoots and video recordings. Our studio also has a unique stage with excellent lighting for your next virtual streaming performance. We also have TV's in the background so you have the option to display any visuals (logo, lighting effects, etc.) during your event. (Connect with HDMI) The studio also has new mirrors (6 x 8 Feet) stretching 32 feet across on one side of the building. The ceilings are just under 11 feet - a little higher than the average ceiling height. The studio has central A/C and Heat. We also provide an onsite bathroom. Our studio has 2 large patios, one in the front of the building and the other patio is located at the back of the building. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the building. (Victory Place) There are 6 tandem reserved parking spaces in the back of the building that leads to a back entrance with stairs. Additional free street parking on W Old Empire Avenue and Wilson Avenue that can park over 30 cars. Excellent location as the venue is conveniently located off the 5 Freeway and within walking distance to the Burbank Empire Center which is home to many retail shops such as Walmart Supercenter, Target, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, Lowe's, Ulta Beauty, REI, Verizon, BevMo, Best Buy)and top restaurants such as Starbucks, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Sharky's Mexican Grill, Panda Express.
