Our space is located in the film-friendly City of Santa Clarita. We have an extremely minimal amount of decorations, making this space perfect for filming or photoshoots. It's a blank canvas that you can make your own! The incredible open space layout on the first floor includes the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The backyard features an outdoor bar and pergola with patio furniture. The garage and downstairs office are closed off and not available for use. The upstairs features an open balcony concept with 2 kid's rooms, a loft, and a master bedroom and bathroom. There is an upstairs office that is also closed off.
