About the Space

5 bays facing street fenced lot, 2 parking lots both secure, easy access to building high ceilings. Building has a upstairs for equipement. Plenty of parking, since on a busy street hours and noise restrictions are not a issue. Prices negotiable with owner. Student filming discounts are available. Attention, if booking is to take place during business hours 8am-6pm M -F the price per day is $2500 reguardless of hours, due to shutting business down and will need a week notice min. Filming on Sundays is $200 per hour.

    Great authentic location! We got exactly the look we wanted out of the shop and were very happy with how the shoot went. Tom was very accommodating and allowed us to come check the space out before booking. They were willing to move around the cars and help us put the lifts to the levels we needed to make everything look exactly correct. Would definitely recommend.

    Tom was a great host and gave us plenty of control over the space. A great value on an authentic set. Would certainly book again.

    Loved working with Tom! Super helpful and sweet. The shop is full of character and some great cars. Tom even cleared out the parking lot so that we could use it for our shoot! Keep in mind that their office space is small for hair/makeup/wardrobe and talent - it's doable with a small team, but any team over 20 would be super squeezed.
