About the Space

Spacious and bright daylight photo/film studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Our versatile studio is great for photo shoots, film shoots, as well as a great location or holding space for larger film/tv shoots. Our workroom is available as an additional rental space, please inquire if you're interested in adding it. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. PLEASE NOTE: Meeting prices apply for meetings M-F 8am-8pm, custom quotes for weekend and night pricing available upon request. We are open 24hrs, but do have different pricing for late night hours and a custom quote will be created for late night bookings.
