Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $190/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $340/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customised fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. The space is suitable for both small as well as large scale productions. If you're mood board is looking for anything close to vintage, this location will fulfil your visual needs. The location is full of props and sets the decor for a warm ambiance with that unique New York feel. The location can be used for photo and film productions of different sizes. This location, serving as a photo and film studio is located in Brooklyn. This multi-unit location offers a variety of different spaces, all with a unique, vintage and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. Combined with the amount of natural light and the vintage decor, School 004 will help you realize your creative vision for your project. The natural light, warm, and vibrant colors entering through the windows of this location perfectly balance each other out. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. This unique NYC Film Location with many interesting corners and props all suit into one inspiring aesthetic.This multi-unit location offers a variety of different spaces spread out over multiple floors. All rooms have a unique, vintage and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. The building looks very untouched and dates back to back in the day. Due to the buildings' history, there's also some Italian influences to be found in this building. Blended with an abundance of natural light every colour seems to fall perfectly in balance in this location. The chipped painting on the wall give this space character like nowhere else.
