About the Space

* Rate changes depending on the type of event/usage/the number of people attending event/evening bookings/weekends/ and holidays. Send us a message so we can discuss the details & customize your personal quote. * I designed & built this space with love, care & attention to detail. Everything was built with the intention of sharing space with others for various events. I will be present during the event to make sure things run smoothly at NO additional cost. If you are interested in hiring a doorperson or security we are OK with that and/or can recommend someone. If you would like a bartender we can recommend trusted professionals we have worked with. You are also welcome to bring your own bartender. Cleaning fee is only for preparation of space and post cleaning. ~Space details~ - 16 speaker Meyer Sound system (what is used in most concerts) ...rivals many NYC nightclubs. The going rate to rent a sound system like this & sound technician would easily be 5k+) DJs available for additional fee or bring your own. Living /Entertaining Area: - Acoustic wood 19 ft ceiling which looks amazing and is incredibly functional for sound absorption.     The place is amazing, I can’t recommend it enough, especially if you love music. Michelangelo is an extremely welcoming host and went above and beyond to help us have a great time. Will definitely be booking this place again!

    I used Michelangelo’s venue for a proposal and proposal afterparty with our close friends. Our experience was phenomenal, the views were incredible, and the sound system made for an unbeatable evening of dancing. Michelangelo was incredibly helpful both in helping to game plan the proposal beforehand and ensuring the event went smoothly day of.

    The venue was amazing for having a DJ party for about 60 people. The room was clean and had good atmosphere. There is a counter kitchen and we could use there as a bar. In the balcony, there is a fire place and also can enjoy nice view of Manhattan. The owner and the staff members were so supportive, kind, and flexible to make our events great. I would use this place again if I have another party.

    The area was awesome for my birthday event and very spacious with lots of room for my friends to hang out eat drink and dance. The DJ set up was really helpful for my friends who DJ’d the event. Would definitely recommend holding events here!

    Michaelangelo was a superb host and his space is stunning! I can't say thank you enough! My daughter instantly fell in love with the space and us parents agreed 100%. The space and views were so embellished with LEDs in the wall. beautiful decorations and art and even a DJ booth so that unlike most spaces, we didn't have to add loads of decorations and things to bring the space to life. It was already to go immed. Additionally, he was so helpful and attentive, I simply could not have imagined a better experience with a venue owner. The train is right outside of the space and it was so convenient for guests. For these reasons as well as a stunning catering company DISH FOODS NYC, great performers/artists and a village of friends and family. The event was talked about by all several days after as being wildly successful and so I can't advocate this space enough. Thank you so much.
