About the Space
Welcome to our vintage prewar New York City apartment. You will have full access to the kitchen, which features its own dedicated space with an old-school white stove, cooking pots, utensils, and a toaster oven—perfect for a classic, nostalgic cooking aesthetic. A long hallway/foyer leads into a spacious living room, furnished with a vintage Victorian cream floral couch, an oak rectangular table with two oak benches, old-school standing heaters, and two large classic New York City windows that fill the space with natural sunlight. From the living room, there is a bathroom with a full-size white bathtub, a large modern shower head, and a large window that fills the space with natural sunlight. This space carries a natural, raw, old-school apartment feel, highlighted through its textured walls and original wooden floors throughout. It is ideal for film production, video content, photography, and business meetings. Please note: The bedroom is not included in this booking and is not accessible.
