We are a full production and post facility complete with 2 wall cyc soundstage, control room for stage/remote switching, 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos mix room w/ attached VO booth, screening room outfitted with color grading station, green room, several hair and makeup rooms, dressing room, edit bays, production offices and full kitchen. This particular listing is for the stage, which includes the use of the kitchen, hair and makeup #2 and green room. Additional support rooms are available for rent, a la carte, just please make mention of those needs in the booking process and we can make sure you're fully outfitted for your needs! Our stage is 1,500 square feet, soundproofed with a 2 wall cyclorama which defaults to green but can be turned over to any color you wish - for a fee. The cyc wall measures 38'x30'x13' with the grid at 14' and ample power distribution throughout. The kitchen is a full service kitchen including all you might need for your cast and crew, including brand new Samsung fridge, microwave, toaster oven and plenty of cabinet space for any craft or catering you may be bringing into the space. In addition, there is a 4K monitor allowing clients to view the stage camera feeds. Hair and makeup #2 is the larger of our two makeup rooms which can comfortably accommodate two talents and two HMU artists. This room also features a sink, color temperature adjustable room lights as well as color temp adjustable mirrors. Our green room is spacious and cozy at the same time. With large leather couches, privacy blinds, mini-fridge and TV with the ability to view stage feed or just watch television. Control Room for stage/remote switching or video village purposes, additional hair and makeup, dressing room, conference or production offices also available for rent.
