PLEASE NOTE: The price is based on shoots up to 9 people. The price is higher for 10 guests and over. {The tea room, outdoor stairs and Jungle bedroom are under renovations till April 1} >>>Film PERMIT required by the city for shoots of 10 people and over or any crew with an equipment truck>>PERMIT required for anyone planning on shooting outside or inside or in the front of the house>> It's your responsibility to obtain a city permit! Only the mid level of the house is included in the basic price (living room, dining room, tea room, balcony, kitchen, black bathroom and outdoors). ADDITIONAL FEES: All bedrooms are additional. $150 to use the Jungle Nana bedroom (with banana leaf wallpaper). $120 to use the Sweet Flamingo bedroom (with flamingo wallpaper). $100 to use the Dreamy Blue bedroom (with blue and white striped wallpaper). $150 to use the lower apartment (with parrot/jungle wallpaper, black and white striped bedroom), upon availability. There is a location manager fee for shoots of 8 people and over. There is an extra fee of $40/h for shoots after 9pm. Overtime is 1.5x hourly rate.
