Beautiful bar available for film shoots!! Features: • 3 areas with distinct vibes, 1 of which can be completely sectioned off with theater curtains • Easy to light—there are no windows or skylights besides the front doors. • Loading dock in the back for equipment • Parking structure 1 block away for cast and crew (90 min free, up to $9/daily max) • Two bathrooms • Design work done by an award-winning hospitality architecture firm **Please note that the listed rate is for off-peak, non-business hours!! We are an actual bar so shooting here on a Friday night is going to cost more than shooting here on a Monday morning. Please inquire for custom rates.
