About the Space
Our property is true to its heritage, embraces the classic art of fine craft cocktail creation, invented in the United States in 1856, using bitters, juices, syrups, and infusions, prepared in-house using fresh ingredients from local markets and growers. Cocktails served are identical to those served nearly 100 years ago when the building was constructed. The large specialty cocktail and seasonal drink menus are further complemented by a vast and ever-evolving “R&D” menu and draft beer selection. Inside the historic wood-&-brick building, our facade is furnished with all wood and leather, exposed brick walls project stills of classic movies and obscure liquor brands are served by vested and mutton-chopped barkeeps who are genuinely passionate about their craft. Think Hollywood minus the pretention. It’s a friendly neighborhood place with casual eats—sliders and quesadillas are available before 9pm—and our classic cocktails crafted with house-made ingredients.
