While explosions of color abound, this unique artist's home is playful but sophisticated and has been customized by the owner himself down to the smallest detail. Seeking inspiration from the 1970s, wall-to-ceiling super graphics are painted in the living room, complete with a custom space-age floor, and 1970s TV. The bedroom has a built-in, 15’ triangle bed and an 11’ ceiling mirror! Your booking also includes a fun kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, a complete wardrobe room, small interactive glow room, and a second colorful living space with a Bocca Lips couch and office nook. The outdoor area has a full bar, swing, hanging hammock, two propane fire pits (additional charge), a pond, tiki torches, three giant sculptures, and seating for up to 25 people. Please note, this is not a turn-key Airbnb-style rental! The homeowner will be on-site at all times to work as the site representative and help you however he can. As a producer himself, he understands set etiquette and will not interrupt your shots. However, he does have the right to observe your production and provide feedback at any time during your shoot to ensure his home is protected and all terms are respected. ALL BOOKINGS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: 3 hours minimum, 25 guests maximum (including all attendees production, and staff). Please click the appropriate tier for your number of guests. If you exceed this number on the day of production you will receive a balance charge for the additional guests. Your vehicles may arrive up to but not more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time, however, please do not unload or gather outside until your scheduled time, as this may interfere with outside preparations and disturb neighboring residents. Your ending time is a hard out. Please plan accordingly to ensure that you are packed up, clear of the location and that the house is left in the same order as when you arrived. Overtime will be charged at time and a half, and availability is not guaranteed. Please do not place any equipment of any kind on the hard floors without padding. Moving blankets will be laid out for you and cut tennis balls will be provided for tripods and c-stands. Large furniture (couch, entertainment center, display cabinet in living room, and dining table, etc.) can not be moved. Smaller items, including the coffee table, chairs, and decor can be moved with the homeowner’s assistance. PLEASE credit Sean P. Roach for set design, original art, and Secret Art House for the location if you will be adding credits to your project. No alcohol or smoking No pets (unless cleared prior to your arrival) Craft services are allowed Children must be supervised at ALL times. The fireplace is wood burning. Wood is NOT provided by the homeowner. If you would like the fireplace lit, please bring a quickstart log and firewood with you. Attendees must be working with the production. For productions only. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTBRITE. OVERTIME is charged at 150% of your hourly rate. This will be prorated by the half-hour. As an example, if your crew stays beyond the scheduled end time for an additional hour and 15 minutes, you would be charged at time-and-a-half for 1 hour and 30 minutes worth of time in the space. It is the host’s responsibility to track the exact time you leave the location, and you should expect an invoice from Giggster with a description of the extra charges and the amounts.

This was an incredible location filled with all sorts of interesting backgrounds and innovative spaces to shoot. Sean was a fabulous host! He anticipated our every need and was extremely helpful for the entire day. I would very highly recommend this location!
