OUR PRODUCTION STUDIO IS AVAILABLE FOR DAILY/HOURLY RENTAL. PERFECT FOR FILMING, BROADCASTING, STREAMING, INTERVIEWS, COMMERCIALS, TV SHOWS, MUSIC VIDEOS, PHOTOSHOOTS, AUDITIONS/CASTING CALLS, WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, REHEARSALS, PRODUCTION MEETINGS, TABLE READS AND SEMINARS. - Located at the border of Glendale and Burbank by Disney, Nickelodeon, Dreamworks and Pixar - 1300sq.ft total space. High ceilings, central ac/heating - Pre-lit filming pavilion - Separate waiting/dressing room - Make-up station - Clean and well-maintained facilities - Quiet and safe residential area - Free Parking and WiFi - Open for bookings 7 days a week, 8am-11pm

From beginning to end, they were very accommodating. Even before filming, they were gracious enough to let us look at the space so we could be fully prepared. Mary was always quick to respond to any of our questions which made planning a breeze. If you want a place that really works with you to get your project done, this is the spot to rent.
