This restored mid-century architectural home is a tasteful & functional place with historical flair. The layout is open & airy with large windows. The walls are a foot thick with concrete construction, so it’s very quiet inside. 3 bedrooms with beds set up for a family & a cheerful retrofitted bathroom. The darling original kitchen has been outfitted in full with updated appliances, matching 1950’s decor & a good range of chef supplies. The fenced front garden with an old stone circular patio & swinging bed is a magical oasis jungle of plants & trees. The covered back deck has a super comfy lounge with a Mexican inspiration. Cork floors lay throughout the home & a cozy wood fireplace is in the living room. Gas fireplaces in the outdoor lounge & front garden. This is a special 1951 home!
