Easy to work with! Had the option for add ons conveniently on site. Venue is super cute and the restroom is really nice. The only thing to take note of is there isn't air conditioning at the venue so you have to use the open windows for air flow. Overall, a very fun experience.

This studio is a stunning creative space where all content creators are welcome! This is a uniquely stylized photo/video studio featuring 3 distinct intertwining sets, glam station, and a fierce lifestyle area. Each set measures 12 x 12 ft with 11 foot high ceilings. Room #1 - Japanese Tea Room This black and white Japanese inspired fantasy features traditional shoji folding screens that surround three color changing murals, offering an “escape to nature." Room #2 - Barbie Goes to War Embrace your inner badass! This pink gender-f*ck playground features a rotating AK-47 art installation and arsenal of tools to show the world that glamor in not limited to a specific gender. Room #3 - Editorial Illusion This black and white optical illusion is here to serve. Feel free to sit and stare… Lifestyle Area: Includes a 9ft burgundy sofa, majestic columns, 40 foot runway of marley dance floor, a 9 ft hand-crafted mosaic mirror, and a cunty pink wall! Glam Station: Features a dimmable LED vanity, 2 makeup chairs, full body mirror and EVEN a rack of garments worn by the queen herself, Gia Gunn. Note: Natural light is prominent in the lifestyle area in the afternoon . Art pods require additional lighting for photo and video shoots .

Mark is an amazing host. By far, one of the best venue space owners I have had the privilege of working with. His communication is exemplary and extremely easy to work with. The space itself is beautiful, from the lighting to the actual imagery this space lends itself to many opportunities. Personally, we used the space to hold a college organization formal and it was perfect. We utilized the bar space, lighting, and sound system all with great ease. Overall this is a perfect space and comes with a wonderful owner. Hope to be back again!
