This house features a high ceiling living room with fireplace and a gorgeous glass coffee table, kitchen with big wooden table along with a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Huge background for the area in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This house is designed with a minimalistic vibe and bright and airy atmosphere. LOCATION RULES: -$75 cleaning fee -Please remove all trash and put all furniture put back to its original place. Please inform us prior to booking if you have plans of moving anything. -Please inform us what rooms you will be using upon booking. -We understand mistakes happen, so please inform us of any mishaps. If you break it, you buy it! -Ample street parking right next to the house. Only 1 car allowed in driveway but tons of safe street parking right next to house. -If you are running late, please let us know ASAP. -We are happy to send additional photos upon request! -No front yard filming to respect our neighbors We are accommodating, flexible and easy to work with with years of experience in production.
