Water and park views over False Creek. Also view over the bridge. Very bright space with natural lighting. Medium size patio with great water views. Living room, kitchen, home gym and entryway are styled as a New York executive suite. Master bedroom has a warm modern style and a luxury walk in closet. 2nd bathroom has stone walls/ floors and a glass shower. It is large enough to film in easily. 2nd bedroom is setup as a guest room at the moment but can easily be converted in to a home office space. Located next to the Parq Casino and BC Place. 1 block from the seawall in Yaletown.
