This is a 2,300 sqft gorgeous and spacious duplex townhouse with lots of light, a 20 foot wide parlor level living/dining space that has a flexible set-up, & 3 bedrooms. It has a midcentury modern feel with touches of unique African & Moroccan art. It's the perfect set up for films, photoshoots, social content, series, interviews, and more. With our fully stocked kitchen, its also great for hosting small events & dinner parties.
All furniture in photos is included, however the space continues to evolve and invite new pieces of artwork & decor.

For Production:
Hello fellow filmmakers! Indoor practicals include 4 light fixtures in the living/dining space along with recessed lighting. In the upstairs bedrooms, recessed lighting, 2 bedside lamps in the master. Tons of natural light as well. There are plenty of outlets. Our block is generally quiet, so it makes it great for exteriors if needed. The master bedroom is quite spacious, makes it easy for additional grip & lighting if needed. Wifi is fairly fast. Our space is not soundproof, but is generally quiet. Full floorplan available upon request :)
