My team and I loved shooting at Aubrey's home. We were shooting some lowkey Bombas ads and Aubrey's space provided the perfect elegant backdrop. Easy parking and we had no problem with audio as it's a pretty quiet location. Would love to use this space again. 10/10!

This is a 3-story, Brooklyn Brownstone with classic, original wood moldings and a working slate fireplace. Built in the 1870s, the home is original with preserved character in Northern Bed-Stuy. Parlor floor, 10-foot ceilings, 8 ft windows at the front and back, a working stone fireplace and an abundance of striking original details especially around the windows and entry way. The home includes the parlor floor with 10 foot ceilings, restored working stone fireplace facade, double door entry, original radiators and lots of natural southern and northern light. The stairs are still being restored but are still useable for production, please inquire if interested. This listing is for the parlor floor only, additional bedroom/dressing room/kitchen/bathroom spaces available at additional rate (we own the whole building). They will stay out of the way in the Garden apartment below or the floor above but are accessible during shoot. -If anything is moved during shoot it must be reset before booking end time, we recommend taking a photo when you arrive to ensure place is the same as when you arrived. -No shoes allowed, booties are provided for use and can be worn over shoes. Talent may wear clean shoes when shooting. -Sound must be kept very low to be respectful of neighbors -Front door must remain shut at all times -Absolutely no gear, equipment or personal items may be left anywhere outside the apartment unattended. OVERTIME Per Giggster’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
