About the Space
The modern home is bright, with an open first floor and an expansive kitchen. An open staircase leads to a massive primary bedroom with a large en suite bathroom. The primary bath contains a large jacuzzi and shower. The second floor also includes two large children's rooms, each with bathrooms. The backyard has a clean tropical landscape with a pool and hot tub. Nearby is a large seating area with patterned floor tile, an outdoor fireplace, and a large side yard. The front yard contains metal raised beds with fruit, vegetables, and herbs. The home also includes an attached double garage, a basketball hoop in the driveway, a covered back patio, and two upper-floor balconies.

I had a two day shoot and was really happy with my booking. Kaisa was quick to respond to my questions, allowed me to scout ahead of time and helpful with questions that I had during shoot time. Needed to extend my shoot on the first day and she was great, allowing me to do so. The home is decorated nicely so it minimized the staging needed from the production.
