Mid-Century Modern Photo Studio with Natural Light

About the Space

This studio is a photo studio and video production space and is located in a co-working building. It is one of the larger photo studios in the building. It's a corner unit that gets plenty of natural light (especially around golden hour). I recommend booking during daylight hours to take advantage of the light for photography and videography. The photo studio features white interior walls, with white brick exterior walls, large wood-framed picture windows, original wood floors, and exposed wood columns. Right now, the space is more of a white box, but furniture is coming and it will be a more mid-century modern aesthetic photo/video studio. (I'm also discounting the rate before all the furniture arrives). This space is perfect for social media content, photography, videography, brand and e-commerce shoots, brand activations, fashion photoshoots or video shoots, and portrait work. The photo/video studio space is 1,000 SF and very open. You have access to the studio itself as well as the equipment inside. You also have access to the bathrooms located outside the studio in the hallway and the freight elevator. The bathrooms feature large mop sinks. This is not only a photo studio space, but a community space as well. I will be hosting events, workshops, and more as I build out the space, so please make sure to stay connected.
