First of all, this location is absolutely STUN-NING. The lights look so nice, and the patio view is worth every penny. Our site rep, Victor was an absolute dream and was so patient and kind answering all of our tiny questions. As was Taylor who we spoke to when booking! Can't be more grateful! They were also very flexible with us figuring out the details of our booking and I don't think any other location would be so great. I would DEFINITELY recommend booking this space to anyone I know. However, it's a bit challenging to shoot there. We had a film shoot there with 30 people, and even though they helped us out with finding a parking situation it added another $100 to the total cost of using the space. The only other downside was the construction which was not happening during our scout, and we thought we'd be shooting early enough to avoid it, sadly that's not the case and we'll need ADR. Beyond that, there's a significant amount of interference in sound when filming there. There are a decent number of stairs but we had about 15 crew and loaded in and out in about an hour total. If I was booking this spot for a private (non-filming) event I would have given everything 5 stars through the roof, but parking and noise made it a bit challenging to shoot there within our limited budget. Honestly though, even with the challenges I have no regrets and would book again.
